When should I create a support ticket?
Our support desk is here to help you with any technical issues that you might come across with the Ebook Profit Academy. If you come across any links that are not working or any part of the members area that is not functioning as you would expect it then please submit a support ticket.
Please note: The support help desk is not meant to be used as a coaching or assistance feature with building your new ebook business. It is here to make sure that all the information in the Ebook Profit Academy is being delivered to you without any technical issues.
How do I create a support ticket?
You need to CREATE AN ACCOUNT at the SUPPORT DESK PAGE to raise a support ticket!
Please use your email address which you used to purchase the Ebook Profit Academy when creating your new support account.
Please note: This is the best way to make sure you receive a timely response from us. Once you have created a support account and submitted your question, please make sure that you LOG BACK INTO YOUR SUPPORT ACCOUNT WITHIN 24 HOURS TO SEE OUR RESPONSE.
We don't use emails for this purpose because they can disappear into Junk folders and we want to make sure that you get the answer you deserve.

When will you respond back to me?
Dealing with your support request is our HIGHEST PRIORITY.
During business days, we will do our best to respond to your ticket within 48 hours but you will often find it is quicker than this!
Submitting a support ticket during weekends or when we have an abnormally high workload might delay our response to you but please be patient, we will deal with your ticket as soon as physically possible.
Please Note: To help us deal with your request as fully and as quickly as possible, we do ask that you make your ticket as detailed as you can.
Please include a complete description of the problem and even include screenshots or a quick video if you think that will help us deal with the issue quicker.
How do I log in to the Ebook Profit Academy?
The log in details that you received when you purchased the Ebook Profit Academy are case sensitive, so make sure your 'caps lock' is not on when entering these details.
Please Note: Check your emails for confirmation of your log in details. If you have forgotten your password you can request it again from the log in page or you can go straight to the Lost Password form by clicking HERE.
Why won't my videos play properly?
If you're a Silver or Gold Academy member then you have access to a fantastic series of training videos and we want to make sure that these play for you whenever you want them to. For this reason, all 16 videos are stored on a server based at Amazon S3 and streaming at 512kps. This really is the latest in video streaming technology but it really does depend on the speed of your internet connection. Please Note: If the video is taking time to catch up or if you have buffering then press the pause button and allow the file to load completely before pressing play again.
During Product Testing: When we tested the members area videos we also noticed that if your internet speed is very slow (ours was at the time!) then sometimes a page refresh is required to restart the video buffering.
I've Got Problems with the Chrome Internet Browser and this Product!
If you using the Chrome Internet Browser and you have any problems with accessing any of the Ebook Profit Academy information then we strongly suggest that you try another browser instead.
The full product was tested using Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer and on a Mac computer.
The only problem we found was using the Chrome browser where out of 10 page loads, the audio files didn't play on two of those tests and we got an 'Unknown Network Error'. No other browsers were affected.

How do I cancel my Ebook Profit Academy membership?
As a valued customer we really do hate to see you go but will of course deal with your cancellation request as quickly as possible if that's what you want?
Also, if you want to be removed from our mailing list then please make sure you click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
Please Note: Include your JVZoo transaction ID with your cancellation request. You would have received this in the original purchase email and we need this to process your request.
How do I request a refund?
We always honour our 30 day 'no questions asked' refund policy.
If you want a refund for your purchase of the Ebook Profit Academy then please submit a support ticket at our Support Desk and include your JVZoo Transaction ID.
We need this transaction ID to process your request as quickly as possible.
Please Note: You can submit a refund request within 30 days of your initial purchase, if you’ve exceeded the refund period you will not be eligible for a refund.
